The Beginning

Our journey began on Hinge, a platform known for bringing people together. Both of us almost canceled our first date, but fate had other plans. Deciding to go through with it, we ended up spending four hours together, talking and laughing as if we had known each other for years. It was the beginning of something truly special.

The Proposal

Charlie planned the ultimate surprise by proposing during what Kaela thought was a “work” trip to Charleston, SC. He meticulously planned every detail, from dinner at a restaurant that served all of Kaela’s favorite foods, to organizing an engagement party for family and friends in Chicago. When we returned home, Charlie even had white dresses waiting for Kaela. It was a moment filled with joy, love, and the promise of a beautiful future together.

Our Life Together

We love exploring new culinary experiences and travel adventures. We are avid supporters of Northwestern basketball, enjoying the excitement of the games. Spending time with family and friends is also a significant part of our lives, as we cherish the moments shared with those we love.
